Our logistics facility operates with a streamlined protocol to ensure that most orders are processed and shipped the next business day following payment confirmation.
2. Domestic Transit Times
In Lab Peptides utilizes premium carrier services to ensure the rapid and safe delivery of your research materials within the United States.
- Standard Delivery: Once dispatched from our facility, U.S. domestic delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 business days.
- Variability: Please note that exact transit times may vary depending on the destination (distance from our fulfillment center) and carrier operational status.
- Business Days: Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding federal holidays.
3. Tracking & Order Visibility
We believe in complete transparency regarding the chain of custody of your order.
Automatic Notification: Tracking information is automatically generated and emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is created and your order leaves our facility. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your notification, as the package makes its way to the initial sorting facility.
4. Secure & Discrete Packaging
The integrity of the product and the privacy of our clients are paramount.
- Product Integrity: All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and stable at room temperature for the duration of shipping.
- Discretion: We utilize plain, unbranded packaging for all shipments. There are no external markings indicating the specific contents of the package (e.g., "peptides" or "research chemicals"), ensuring privacy and security upon delivery.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive for perfection, carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high volume, or logistical errors outside our control.
If your package has exceeded the estimated 2-4 business day window significantly, or if your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
