1. General Policy Notice
Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade materials, all sales are strictly regulated.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order at our sole discretion. Please ensure your order is accurate before submitting payment.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our fulfillment team.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under our return policy.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because product integrity and chain of custody are critical for laboratory research, we enforce strict limitations on returns:
- Opened Products: Any product with a broken seal, tampered packaging, or signs of use is strictly non-returnable.
- Degraded Materials: Products that have not been stored according to their required temperature specifications after delivery cannot be returned.
4. Return Eligibility
Unopened returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the delivery date.
To request a return, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected and discarded without a refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of the damaged item, the packaging, and the packing slip. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or authorize a return for a full refund.
6. Refund Process
Once your authorized return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
